Prices
All prices are in Euros and include IVA.  International customers are responsible for local customs duty
and tax, if applicable.  Few countries apply duty or tax on educational material sent by post.
The approximate exchange rate is €1.00 = US$1.20.

Stock
All items show availability information.  We stock most items, and so ship in 2-3 business days.

Shopping
Build your order by adding items to your basket.  When you are finished shopping, review and edit your
basket, and then proceed to the Secure Order Form.

Placing an Order
The best way is online with the encrypted Secure Order Form.  Once you have sent your order you will be
assigned an order number. Please jot this down for your reference.

We will confirm your order by Email, and immediately advise you of any delays or problems.  If we cannot
confirm, we will not process your order, so please be careful with your Email address.

If you prefer, you can place your order by phone, fax, or post.
Please note that we cannot accept orders by Email.

Shipping
We ship orders within 2-3 working days by registered post.  The Secure Order Form automatically
calculates the shipping cost.

We will not charge your credit card until we ship the order.

The posters are protected in tubes, and so are sent separately (at no extra cost).
